Please note that payement is only possible online with credit card. Be sure to have your credit card ready before starting registration.

Please indicate if you will attend october 7 and 8 lunches (included in registration fee).

You will have to choose the eventual additional dinners (6 and 7/10/2021).

Fee

The registration fee includes the admission to the workshop and the exhibition, the proceedings, the coffee-breaks, the lunches of October 7 and 8, 2021.
VAT is included in the prices.

Early bird rate

Applicable to all bookings received on or before July 23, 2021.

Presenting author

Only one presenting author will be accepted for technical presentations.

ASME or AFM members

A discount of 50 € is granted to AFM or ASME members  (member’s number is required on the online registration).

Students

Students should give a copy of student card.

Cancellation

Deadline for cancellation and refunds registration fee: September 23, 2021.
